Sales & Prospection Assistant (Intern)

We are Voltra Lighting a design-driven brand creating high-end portable lighting solutions for the luxury hospitality industry — think iconic hotels, exclusive resorts, and five-star experiences around the world.

From our cozy studio in the heart of Lisbon, our small but passionate team works closely across design, sales, and operations to bring beautiful, functional lighting to life.
We’re now looking for a curious, hands-on Sales & Prospection Assistant Intern to help us grow and support our global client base.

What you’ll do:

• Assist our Sales Manager in nurturing client relationships and managing key accounts
• Help resolve logistics and order-related queries, ensuring smooth service
• Research new leads and play an active role in prospecting new clients
• Support with presentations, reporting, and CRM updates
• Get an insider view of how a boutique design brand operates internationally

Who you are:

Degree in Economics, Business, or related fields

• A proactive communicator who’s organized and eager to learn
• Fluent in English (Portuguese or French or any other European language is a plus!)
• Comfortable juggling different tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Interested in sales, design, and hospitality - and excited to be part of a small, creative team
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Location:  Lisbon, Portugal
Starting: September 2025 
Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible)
Compensation: Monthly stipend aligned with Lisbon internship standards
